    Ranks every home in a service area by how likely it is to need exterior work, using house age, tree cover, storm history and permit records from town assessor sites.

    Hand-raiser lead flow

    Any contractor sending mail

    Postcard, QR code, estimate form, then a Google Sheet row and an email to you. If the form's backend goes down, the homeowner gets a call-or-text fallback and the request still reaches you.

    Built after reading Connecticut's telemarketing law. Nobody gets a cold call.

    Pulls past contract awards from government and school portals to show which vendors keep winning, and which contracts are coming up for rebid or renewal.

Why the name

My day job is production support. For five-plus years I've been the person who gets called when software breaks after it ships.

Getting AI to write a tool is the easy part now. Keeping it working on messy town records with a real customer waiting is the part I care about, so that's what I film, failures included. Client names, addresses and data stay out of the videos and the code.

It survives production.
